Services

Matha Realty provides licensed buyer's agent representation for real estate transactions in California. Our services include offer preparation, negotiation, and transaction management from offer to closing.

We do not provide home search or showing services. Our service begins once you have identified a property and are ready to submit an offer.

Fees & Commission

A non-refundable $99 kickoff fee is collected at the start of each engagement and is credited toward your closing costs upon successful closing. Our commission is 1% of the purchase price, collected at closing. Any buyer's agent commission offered by the seller in excess of our 1% fee is credited back to you at closing.

Representation

When you engage Matha Realty, we act as your licensed buyer's agent with full fiduciary duty under California law. We are legally obligated to act in your best interest throughout the transaction.

Cancellation

You may cancel our services at any time without penalty. The $99 kickoff fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and work involved in preparing your offer. There are no long-term contracts or obligations.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its operation. Content on this website is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice until a formal client relationship is established.

Limitation of Liability

Matha Realty provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for outcomes beyond our control, including seller decisions, market conditions, lender actions, or third-party performance. Our liability is limited to the fees actually paid to us for the relevant transaction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
